Volunteer NH is committed to recognizing volunteer throughout New Hampshire bring their community, family and friends together to celebrate them and their service. For example at the Spirit of NH Awards Ceremony this recognition is made possible. With your help we can make sure that anyone touched by the lives of recognized volunteers can share the experience.

Training

Volunteer NH is committed to providing cutting edge training to Volunteers, Volunteer Managers and the non-profit sector. Current changes in the non-profit sector have made it event more important for those involved in disaster recovery, volunteer management, service projects, fund raising, social media campaigns and many other non-profit activities to stay informed. With your help we can provide scholarships for training at the Annual Governor's Conference on Volunteerism and other volunteer training events.

Service

At times throughout the year special circumstances necessitate projects carried out by those who have dedicated a year of their life to service. These projects often require additional resources and volunteers must make additional commitments trying to secure materials or space to complete a project. With your help these projects can have a head start toward success as you provide reserve resources for projects important to New Hampshire citizens.

Disaster Recovery

Natural disasters often occur here in New Hampshire. Citizen Corps and NH VOAD respond to these disasters. With your help Volunteer NH can provide safety nets to relief efforts. With additional resources for long term disaster recovery families and communities affected by disaster are provided for until they can return to their homes.
