Announcing Our FY26 Round III Mini-Grant Awardees!

These eleven FY26 Round III Mini-Grant awardees will use their funds to help further their missions through volunteerism.

The Volunteer Engagement Mini-Grants ($1,000 – $4,000) are awarded to New Hampshire-serving organizations for a specific, one-time need to increase their capacity to recruit, train, manage, and/or retain volunteers. These funds can be used for categories like volunteer training, purchasing of volunteer management technology/supplies, and volunteer program development.

All FY26 Round III Mini-Grant Awardees will spend their funds between August 3 and November 13, 2026.

Round III Mini-Grant Awardees

Assistance Canine Training Services, Inc

  • Organization Mission/Activities: Assistance Canine Training Services (ACTS) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to training and placing highly skilled service, facility, and therapy dogs to improve the lives of individuals and communities.

  • Purpose of Mini-Grant: Volunteer Training(s): Contracting with a consultant to deliver training to their Board of Directors

Bethlehem Redevelopment Association (“Friends of The Colonial”)

  • Organization Mission/Activities: The Colonial Theatre is a nonprofit serving communities throughout the White Mountains region with a mission is to inspire and invite participation in the cultural conversation.

Friends of Recovery NH (“Hope for New Hampshire Recovery”)

  • Organization Mission/Activities: Hope for New Hampshire Recovery is a peer-led Recovery Community Organization with a mission is to foster recovery through peer support, advocacy, education, and community engagement while reducing stigma and promoting wellness for all.

Grafton County Senior Citizens Council Inc.

  • Organization Mission/Activities: GCSCC’s mission is to enrich the lives of older adults and individuals with disabilities by creating opportunities for engagement, fostering healthy aging, and delivering compassionate support.

Littleton Hospital Association (“Littleton Regional Healthcare”)

  • Organization Mission/Activities: Littleton Hospital Association, doing business as Littleton Regional Healthcare (LRH), is a not-for-profit critical access hospital dedicated to enhancing the health and quality of life for patients in the North Country of New Hampshire and the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont.

Milan & Dummer Ambulance

New Hampshire Innovation and Creativity Connection

Their mission to empower New Hampshire’s youth to embrace any challenge, and to creatively solve it through perseverance, innovation, and collaboration.

The Women of the Mountains Birth Initiative

  • Organization Mission/Activities: WOMB is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded to address growing gaps in maternity care access throughout northern New Hampshire, and bordering towns in the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont. Their mission is to empower women through information, resources, and community during all stages of motherhood.
