This spring, hundreds of individuals from New Hampshire and beyond are expected to explore The Power of Collaboration by participating in Volunteer NH’s 2022 Governor’s Conference on Volunteerism.

Registration is now open for the conference, which will take place via Zoom over the course of three days: Tuesday, May 10 – Thursday, May 12. There is no cost to participate in this event, thanks to generous presenters and sponsors, including Trailblazer SponsorThe New Hampshire Charitable Foundation, and Community Builder Sponsor, Northeast Delta Dental.

Live captioning will be available, and participants have the option to request additional accommodations during the registration process.

James McKim will set the tone of the conference on Tuesday morning with his keynote address, “Can Beloved Community Exist in the ‘Live Free or Die’ State?” McKim is a sought-after organizational performance speaker, coach, change maker, and author of the best-selling book The Diversity Factor: Igniting Superior Organizational Performance. He is known nationally for his current focus on organizational and individual performance through diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).

During the Welcome & Keynote session, Governor Sununu will announce the 2022 Governor’s Outstanding Volunteer Manager of the Year.

When registering for the conference, participants will choose from topics such as volunteer management, professional development, marketing, fundraising, JEDI (justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion) and more. This year, we are proud to offer a series of 17 sessions, including our Welcome & Keynote, Networking, and finally a Trivia & Reflection opportunity to close out the conference.
