Grappone Automotive is determined to engage the New Hampshire community by displaying generosity through financial giving and by demonstrating service through employee volunteerism. Driven by its mission to build lifelong relationships with the community by serving with integrity, kindness, and respect, Grappone Automotive is a company that is focused on much more than the bottom line.
A family owned business, Grappone Automotive is guided by leadership that models service to community. As the owner of Grappone Automotive, Amanda Grappone Osmer serves on multiple boards and still makes time to volunteer with the American Cancer Society’s CEO’s Against Cancer, Dartmouth Hitchcock’s Partners for Community Wellness, the Endowment for Health, and the NH Charitable Foundation’s NH Tomorrow Initiative.
Grappone Automotive has left a tremendous mark on many nonprofit organizations through gifts of financial support and volunteer service. Organizations such as the Friends of Forgotten Children, New Horizons Soup Kitchen, David’s House, The Friendly Kitchen, SPCA, Goodwill, New Hampshire Lakes, Girls Incorporated of New Hampshire, and Boys and Girls Club of New Hampshire have all benefited from the employee service and charitable giving of Grappone Automotive. Over the past 17 years, with Amanda’s Direction, Grappone Automotive has contributed millions of dollars to nonprofit organizations. Additionally, Grapponne Automotive fosters community engagement and service through the Grappone In The Community program. This program offers employees a $500 mini-grant and 8 hours of paid volunteer time to contribute towards the nonprofit organization of their choice.
The impact is especially felt during the Christmas seasons as several employees volunteer their time at the Friends of Forgotten Children program, helping to organize gift packages for over 650 kids, who otherwise would receive nothing at all for Christmas. It is this kind of positive impact that Grappone Automotive is focused on generating, and as a company, is determined to continue for many years to come.
