Do you know a great Volunteer Manager?
A Volunteer Manager knows that operating a volunteer program is no small feat. It takes a tremendous amount of time, effort, patience, perseverance, managerial skill, long-term vision, and a willingness to engage in continuous learning and improvement to keep the program operating successfully year after year. That’s why we’re offering the 2025 Volunteer Manager of the Year Award!
To recognize the dedication and impact such a volunteer manager can have on the community, former Governor John Sununu created the Governor’s Outstanding Volunteer Manager of the Year Award to honor volunteer administrators and salute their excellence in the leadership and management of volunteers in New Hampshire.
Individuals nominated for this award must recruit, engage, and/or manage volunteers who serve New Hampshire communities. Nominees may be paid or unpaid for their work.
The 2025 Governor’s Outstanding Volunteer Manager of the Year award will be presented during the Governor’s Conference on Volunteerism, hosted by Volunteer NH on May 21st, 2025.
Note: We are no longer accepting letters of recommendation to supplement the nomination form. All nominators must use the below Microsoft Forms platform.
